Intro Motorisation

Motorisation is a convenient alternative to chain operated roller blinds. Intro motors offer a range of effective solutions whilst being easy to assemble, install and operate.

Intro Battery Motor

The AM25 Intro Rechargeable Battery Motor is a great solution for applications where there is no access for wiring or where a wireless solution is preferred. The motor contains an internal rechargeable lithium battery which can be charged periodically as needed by a power pack plugged into mains power. There is also an optional solar panel which can provide supplemental charging.

• 25mm motor size – may be used in 38mm or 45mm tube.
• Electronic Limits – program and adjust limits via remote control.
• 1.2Nm, 30rpm. Suitable for blinds up to 5kg total weight including fabric and bottom rail.
• Optional solar panel available to provide supplemental charging.
• Compatible with Intro hand-held and wall-mounted RF remote controls.

Intro Wired Motors

Intro wired motors are recommended for internal roller blinds and are capable of lifting blinds ranging from small to very large in size. Wired motors are suitable for applications where there is adequate access for a licensed electrician to run the wiring to each motor. This is usually done through the ceiling space. As wired motors are permanently connected to mains power they do not need to be recharged like battery motors.

Electronic Limits – 3 Wire – EL Series

• Program the motor and adjust limits via RF remote control.
• Available in two sizes: 35mm or 45mm
  • AM35628EL – 35mm, 6Nm, 28rpm. May be used with 45mm or 55mm tube.
  • AM452030EL – 45mm, 20Nm, 30rpm. May be used with 55mm tube.
• Fitted with a circular connection cable for ease of installation.
• A licensed electrician must install the wiring for this product.

Mechanical Limits – 3 Wire – R Series

• Limits are adjusted manually using a hex tool.
• Available in two sizes: 35mm or 45mm
  • AM35628R – 35mm, 6Nm, 28rpm.  May be used with 45mm or 55mm tube.
  • AM452030R – 45mm, 20Nm, 30rpm. May be used with 55mm tube.
• Fitted with a circular connection cable for ease of installation.

The S Series 4 Wire roller blind motors are designed to be connected to a variety of home automation systems such as CBUS for example.

Controls

The Intro suite of controls are designed to be very simple and intuitive to use with a pleasing aesthetic appearance.

• Hand-Held Remotes – select from 1,2,6 or 16 channels in white or black.
• Wall-Mounted Remotes – either wireless, for use with 3 Wire motors, or wired, for use with 4 Wire motors and centralised control systems.

Accessories

Drive and crown adapters are available to suit various types of roller tube. The JAI roller blind system includes a diverse range of bracket options in multiple colours to suit your application.
