32mm – R209
R209 32mm tube is designed for smaller blinds. It is often paired with our JAI 32mm spring motors and is used in niche applications such as caravans and trains.
38mm – R210
R210 38mm tube is the most commonly used size. R210 features a double keyway which increases the strength of the tube and the second, narrower, keyway is designed for optional use with a T spline. The R210 is recommended for blinds up to 2.0m wide.
45mm – R207 | 45mm Thick – R207T & R207TS
JAI 45mm tube delivers excellent flex performance due to the wall thickness and ribbing elements of the tube. R207 is recommended for blinds up to 2.4m wide. R207T has extra thick walls and is recommended for blinds up to 3.0m wide. R207TS is a shortened length version designed to help reduce production wastage.
55mm – R208 & R208S
R208 is the largest of our tubes for internal blinds. R208 is recommended for blinds up to 3.6m wide. R208S is a shortened length version designed to help reduce production wastage.
